Hydrogen vehicles, strategic partnerships, and future collaborations showcased in Indonesia.

Spectronik CEO Jogjaman Jap attended the Global Hydrogen Ecosystem Summit (GHES) 2026 at the Jakarta International Convention Centre, Indonesia. GHES is a premier international platform that brings together governments, industry leaders, researchers, academia, and global stakeholders to accelerate the development of a sustainable hydrogen ecosystem.
The summit highlighted the continued growth of green hydrogen activities in Indonesia, reflecting the country's strong commitment towards clean energy and hydrogen mobility. Spectronik was proud to see a number of hydrogen vehicles powered by its fuel cell technology showcased throughout the exhibition, including:
- Cruiser Utility Van (500 km driving range, 5-minute refueling, 1-ton cargo capacity) and Wuling Air EV, both retrofitted with Spectronik fuel cells in collaboration with PLN Nusantara Power;
- Hydrogen Fuel Cell Motorbike, developed in collaboration with PLN Indonesia Power;
- Hydropulse – the Wuling Cloud EVequipped with Spectronik's fuel cell system;
- And many other hydrogen mobility applications.
During the exhibition, Jogjaman also visited the Antasena ITS booth. Spectronik has proudly supported the Antasena team in the Shell Eco-marathon since 2022 and continues to be inspired by the passion, determination, and engineering excellence demonstrated by its young engineers. The team's relentless pursuit of improved aerodynamic efficiency and vehicle optimisation embodies the true spirit of continuous innovation.
Looking ahead to the Shell Eco-marathon 2027, Spectronik has committed to supporting Antasena with its latest state-of-the-art aerospace-grade fuel cell system. Antasena will become the first team to receive this next-generation platform, and both parties look forward to pushing the boundaries of fuel cell vehicle efficiency and setting new performance benchmarks.
Jogjaman also met with Pak Tommi Haposan , President Director of PLN Suku Cadang, Spectronik's official distributor in Indonesia. Since its appointment, PLN Suku Cadang has played a vital role in expanding Spectronik's presence in Indonesia by providing import and logistics support, business development, sales and marketing, as well as local technical services, ensuring Indonesian customers receive the same high standard of support expected from Spectronik.
