JV will unlock strategic business opportunities

Singapore, 18 June 2025 — Keum Kang C.N.T. (Keum Kang) - a technology company in South Korea specializing in environmental projects and Hydrogen energy, and Spectronik Pte. Ltd. (Spectronik) - a Singapore company specializing in portable Hydrogen fuel cells, have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to explore the feasibility of setting up a Joint Venture (JV) in South Korea.

The JV aims to achieve the following goals:

■ Building a Hydrogen fuel cell manufacturing and testing facility in South Korea;

■ Technology transfer and capability build-up related to Hydrogen fuel cell hardware, firmware and software;

■ Marketing and business development of portable Hydrogen fuel cell products;

■ Factory and product certification and regulatory compliance to serve the South Korean market;

Keum Kang and Spectronik will now proceed to lay the ground works for the JV including location selection, obtaining the necessary licenses and business development.
